INFORMATION IMPLEMENTATION FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF THE FOREIGN ECONOMIC ACTIVITIES OF THE ENTERPRISE
Abstract
Theoretical principles of the informative implementation of management for the foreign economic activity of the enterprise are exposed in the article. Basic advantages of improvement of the informative support, related to business analytic, interactive visualization, reports and informative panels, by artificial intelligence, increase protection of data and access to information, are certain. Comparative description of instruments that is expected for the analysis of large data is conducted, and also for visualization and business analytic processes on the basis of analysis of their advantages and defects, that in turn will help to choose most expedient informative implementation. The choice of optimal block chain platform is reasonable for an enterprise, that depends on the concrete scenarios of the use, technical requirements and organizational aims on the basis of determination of the licensed and programmatic implementation of these platforms. The stages of process of introduction and integration of the offered technologies are certain on an enterprise, namely: determination of clear aims for introduction of the offered systems; estimation of sources of data and infrastructure, such as a system ERP, CRM and SCM, and determination of blanks or disparities; choice of correct instruments that answer the aims of company and infrastructure of data; integration and data origination are from different sources in the centralized depository of data; forming of new infrastructure of transmission and protection of data, development of reports, informative panels and visualization; studies of employees, how effectively to use new instruments in everyday activity of company; monitoring and optimization; development of culture that follows data, assisting literacy in-process with data. A scientific novelty consists in application of modern methods and going near forming of the informative implementation for the management of the foreign economic activity of the enterprise. The practical value of the article consists in introduction of the offered recommendations in relation to going near an exposure and removal of problems and defects in the informative implementation for the management of the foreign economic activity in practical activity of the enterprises.
