FEATURES OF THE ORGANIZATION OF AGRICULTURAL EXPORTS FROM UKRAINE UNDER THE CONDITIONS OF MARITAL STATE
Abstract
The article examines the impact of the war on the transport and logistics industry, both at the domestic and international levels. The closure of delivery routes, the reduction of transport volumes and the rise of tariffs are the main consequences of the war for these industries. It was established that the decrease in the level of security as a result of hostilities led to a decrease in trust in transport companies and enterprises in the logistics industry, which will affect their activities even after the end of the war. The relevance of work is determined by several factors. The tasks of the work are: analysis of port operations under martial law conditions; research of possible new transport routes for the export of agricultural products; analysis of hubs, terminals and ways of increasing their throughput; determination of prospects for export-oriented processing of agricultural products under martial law. Research methods. The theoretical and methodological basis of this study are the following methods and techniques: statistical; comparison, grouping, graphic; systematic approach. Impact of military conflicts: Ukraine, as a country that has experienced military conflicts, faces specific challenges and obstacles in the field of agricultural exports. The need to restore the economy: after the end of hostilities, there is a need to restore agriculture and the agrarian sector. The role of agricultural exports in the economy of Ukraine: the agricultural sector is an important element of the Ukrainian economy, especially in the context of exports. The increase in the export of agricultural products can contribute to the attraction of foreign investments, the creation of new jobs and the increase of incomes of peasants. The purpose of the work is to study the state and prospects for the development of agricultural exports from Ukraine in the war and post-war period. The complex of developed measures will make it possible to maximize the export of agricultural products to EU and African countries and, in the future, to be reoriented to the shipment of finished products of the agribusiness processing industry.
