SPECIFICS OF EFFECTIVE PUBLIC FINANCE MANAGEMENT IN UKRAINE
Abstract
The article presents the peculiarities of public finance management in Ukraine. An analysis of the modern system of state financial management in Ukraine was carried out, identifying the main problems and obstacles that prevent effective management of this sector of the economy. One of the main problems is the instability of the state budget, the lack of a clear strategy for its formation and the insufficient efficiency of its use. In addition, there is a problem of corruption, insufficient transparency and openness in the management of public finances, which leads to a violation of the principles of equality and justice in the distribution of resources. The problem of effective management of public finances in Ukraine is relevant, which involves the development and implementation of an effective strategy for the formation of the state budget, ensuring transparency and openness in management, fighting corruption and ensuring equality in the distribution of resources. Public finance is an important tool of state management, which determines the state's ability to ensure social development and meet the needs of the population. Ukraine, like many other countries of the world, faces the difficulties of managing public finances, which leads to low efficiency of the public sector and threatens the stability of the financial system. The article also discusses key provisions and features of regulation of state finances in Ukraine, including ensuring financial stability, implementing public control, reforming the state budget, and other aspects of public finance management. Based on an analysis of world experience and domestic practice, recommendations for improving public finance management in Ukraine are proposed, with the aim of ensuring sustainable economic growth and development of the country as a whole. The research results will be useful for government agencies, local authorities, and business structures that have interests in the sphere of state finances.
