DIRECTIONS OF INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY AND EFFECTIVE MANAGEMENT OF THE ORGANIZATION
Abstract
The article identifies the place of innovation in the effective management of the organization. The essence of the definitions "innovation", "innovation activity", "innovation management" is clarified. Innovative activity has a complex, systematic nature and includes such types of work as the search for ideas, licenses, patents, personnel, organization of research work, engineering, management, information and marketing activities. In this regard, innovation becomes a key strategic parameter of development and added value of any enterprise. An example of the position of scientists on the issue of innovation, which is in the field of research of certain problems of economics and innovation management, and innovation management as a direction, considers not innovation in general, but innovation in professional management. It is determined that the intensification of innovative activity of the enterprise accelerates its integration into modern conditions of effective development of the innovative market. The relationship between the level of economic development of the country, its investment attractiveness, the level of corruption and the development of innovative entrepreneurship is demonstrated. Methods of activization of innovative activity at the enterprise are offered: improvement of system of financing of projects, intensification of information and marketing work, improvement of system of stimulation of innovative work, strengthening of innovative orientation of strategy of business behavior of the enterprise. It is proved that the management of innovation is in constant contact with other systems of the entity. Various approaches to the interpretation of innovative activity are presented, which is due to the multidimensionality of this phenomenon, its complexity, a variety of spheres of application, depending on legal restrictions, political and economic factors. It has been determined that innovation activity is of a complex, systemic nature and is contained in technical, organizational and managerial, socio-economic, legal processes, from the generation of an idea to the organization of research and educational work, and certainly determines the management strategy of an enterprise, institution, organization.
