INSTRUMENTS OF INVESTMENT SECURITY FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE AGRICULTURAL SECTOR IN THE CONDITIONS OF THE CIRCULAR ECONOMY

Abstract

The article presents investment support tools for the development of the agricultural sector in the conditions of the circular economy. In the context of growing environmental problems and the instability of resources, the circular economy is becoming a key tool for the sustainable development of the agricultural sector. The article describes the role of innovative technologies, the creation of a favorable investment climate, the attraction of foreign investments and the development of the monitoring and evaluation system as tools that contribute to the circular development of the agricultural sector. The importance of cooperation between various stakeholders and education to achieve a successful transition to a circular economy in the agricultural sector is highlighted. This article points to the importance of investing in circular practices as a way to achieve sustainable and efficient development of the agricultural sector. The article also emphasizes the need to create a favorable legal environment for circular investments in the agricultural sector. Attracting investment funds, developing a system of grants and subsidies, as well as promoting foreign investment are important components of successful investment support for the development of the circular economy. In addition, active collaboration between various stakeholders, such as government agencies, the private sector, civil society organizations and the academic community, is a key factor for the successful implementation of circular practices in the agricultural sector. It was determined that investment support for the development of the agricultural sector in the conditions of the circular economy is a key factor for achieving sustainable development, preserving resources and ensuring the sustainability of the agricultural sector. By implementing innovative technologies, creating a favorable investment environment and cooperation of various stakeholders, it is possible to create a powerful base for the development of a circular economy in the agricultural sector. The priority directions of investment provision of the agricultural sector in the conditions of the circular economy are innovative technologies, green infrastructures, renewable energy, intelligent use of water resources, development of secondary use and waste processing. Investments in such projects will contribute to reducing the use of natural resources, reducing greenhouse gas emissions, ensuring the sustainability of production and increasing the income of agricultural enterprises. Systematized directions for improving investment provision of the agricultural sector in the conditions of a circular economy: development and implementation of legal acts and political measures that promote circular development, ensure protection of investors' rights, provide financial incentives and ensure access to financing; formation of mechanisms to promote cooperation and partnership between stakeholders to jointly develop circular projects and implement innovative solutions.
