USE OF SOCIAL MEDIA FOR EFFECTIVE ACTIVITIES OF MODERN ENTERPRISES
Abstract
The article is devoted to the consideration of topical issues of using social media for the effective operation of modern enterprises. The main ways of improving and developing the company’s social networks to achieve the best results, increase potential customers and profits are considered. Modern methods of promotion, advantages and disadvantages of using social media, problems that enterprises may face in social networks are analyzed. The features of targeted advertising and the importance of a personal approach and building a portrait of the company's target audience are outlined, which will provide an opportunity to simplify the company's marketing activities. It is also considered how the use of social media gives an opportunity to actually see in which areas of activity the company is successful with customers, and where it is necessary to focus on improvement. It is important to remember that the use of social networks for business activities has its advantages and disadvantages, it can both increase profits and become an item of high costs in case of ineffective actions. If a business starts social media without a clear plan, it can lose valuable time and money. An important step in social media is to create a detailed content plan for each social network. It maximizes marketing efforts on social platforms and helps the business achieve business goals. Posting content on social media can be informative, but it’s not enough to generate feedback from potential customers or gain their trust. It is very important to constantly be in touch with your customers.To do this, you need to make a detailed portrait of the consumer, detailing allows you to see the goals, motivations and problems of a potential buyer that a specific company should solve. Having a portrait of the target buyer, you can easily compare it with new buyers and understand who is already ready to buy the product and who is not convinced of the need to buy. When the company knows exactly what the customer is interested in, it is much easier to create a unique offer that will solve the need of the potential buyer, thereby increasing sales and profits.
