INFORMATION MODEL OF BUSINESS PROCESS RE-ENGINEERING IN THE PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF AN INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISE

Abstract

The article is devoted to topical issues of informatization of business processes of an industrial enterprise. The main goal of informatization is to create optimal conditions for meeting information needs and implementing enterprise activities based on the formation and use of information resources and modern technologies. The problem of informatization of business processes is relevant, as the constant development of computer technology and software provides new opportunities for any enterprise. The conceptual foundations of business processes at an industrial enterprise are analyzed. Modern management does not do without the use of special methods and concepts, as they help managers make rational management decisions and predict the outcome of their implementation. For the effective management of business processes at enterprises, analysis, evaluation, and modeling of various systems, including personnel management systems, are carried out, with the definition of information models necessary to achieve the goals of an industrial enterprise. In the study, reengineering of business processes in the personnel management system of the enterprise was carried out. The purpose of reengineering business processes in the personnel management system is to conduct personnel management and accounting activities of the enterprise, to inform the process of selection and evaluation of employees. An information model of business process reengineering in the personnel management system of an industrial enterprise was built. The automated information system of the management unit of the industrial enterprise has been improved because the use of automation tools allows to almost completely solve the problem of accuracy and efficiency of information. The entire complex of calculations with personnel is automated, starting from the entry of documents on actual production, payment of sick leaves and vacations, up to the formation of documents for salary payment and bonuses, as well as reporting to state supervisory bodies. The introduction of new software products will allow enterprises to receive tangible and intangible benefits due to mobility, security, and reliability of services, as well as savings on initial investments and operating costs.
