PRINCIPLES OF DIGITAL ECONOMY IN MODERN BUSINESS INFRASTRUCTURE
Abstract
The article argues the necessity of forming and improving the digital infrastructure as the basis of the digital economy. It is shown that the digital infrastructure supporting small and medium businesses can increase the flexibility of enterprises and their ability to adapt to rapid changes in the business environment. The essence of digital infrastructure is considered. The main elements of hard and soft infrastructure are given. The potential for business development created by digital infrastructure and digital services has been revealed. It is shown that innovative technologies of the digital economy contribute to the optimization of business processes and costs, open new directions for attracting investments and promoting business projects. The main projects for the digital transformation of infrastructure supporting small and medium businesses are considered. An analysis of the digital infrastructure supporting small and medium businesses in Ukraine was conducted. The main online platforms that facilitate the interaction of enterprises with the state, business, and society have been studied. Domestic digital consulting services that offer information, advisory, and auditing services to small businesses have been analyzed. The main digital services for online learning, which contribute to the adaptation of entrepreneurs to the business environment and further business development, are shown. The analysis of information digital services with current data on taxation, accounting reporting, export rules was carried out. The main problems that prevent the formation of digital infrastructure in Ukraine are named. The role of digitization in the development of domestic entrepreneurship is shown. It has been proven that the development of digital infrastructure to support small and medium businesses will help reduce costs, increase the level of trust between business, society, and government, and increase entrepreneurial activity. The priority directions and tasks in the field of digital infrastructure development as a means of stimulating entrepreneurial activity in Ukraine are substantiated.
