INNOVATIVE MANAGEMENT OF THE FIELD OF CROP PRODUCTION AT THE ENTERPRISE

Abstract

The article is devoted to topical issues in the field of innovation at the enterprise. Thanks to the introduction of innovations at the enterprise in the fields of plant and animal husbandry, it directly provides the enterprise with an increase in net profit, a decrease in the cost of products or services, attracting more investments, improving the image, as well as return on investment (ROI), etc. Thanks to the development of innovations, the formation of a competitive position of an agricultural enterprise on the agricultural market is ensured. The development later changes towards the innovative form of the enterprise, ensuring the advantages of achieving the most important strategic goals of the enterprise – competitiveness, profitability and efficiency in the agricultural space. Thus, innovations play an important role in the development of the enterprise and strengthen all its positions on the market. After all, they contribute to the intensive growth not only of the enterprise, but also of the economy in general, and the latest implementations are accelerated. Factors of innovative development in the field of crop production were analyzed and systematized. The world experience of enterprises in the agricultural sector using innovative innovations was studied. The article analyzes all possible features of innovations in agriculture. The main opportunities for the development of modern, latest and innovative technologies in the field of crop production are highlighted. Clarification and deepening of theoretical approaches to problem solving, determination of their essence, as well as features of implementation of innovative processes at the enterprise, substantiation of the most priority areas of development of innovative activities in the field of crop production. Ways to overcome the crisis state of innovative and technological support of the enterprise are proposed. Enterprises that rely on innovation must improve production bases, logistics systems, optimize the structure of the distribution network and the circulation of goods in order to adapt to changes in market conditions. At the same time, the organizational structure of management is restructured, its employees, specialists and managers gain experience, a system of relations with economic partners is established, an image is formed and strengthened, etc., that is, the potential for innovative development.
