RESEARCH OF THE ESSENCE, FORMS, METHODS AND THE ROLE OF MOTIVATION IN THE STAFF MANAGEMENT OF THE ENTERPRISE
Abstract
The article defines the importance of applying various forms of motivation in staff management of the enterprise. Staff is considered as the main intellectual resource, therefore it is extremely important to use all their skills, knowledge, and capabilities to the full extent for the implementation of the strategic goals of the enterprise. To do this, it is necessary to use various forms, types and methods of motivation to stimulate each individual employee to increase his work productivity. The analysis of various scientific views on the concept of "motivation" was carried out, the main forms and methods of personnel motivation were determined, and the factors affecting the stimulation of the work of the company's personnel were investigated. It is emphasized that in order to increase the efficiency of the enterprise's staff management, it is necessary to apply complex methods of motivation, which give a synergistic effect of increasing the labor productivity of employees (desire of employees to self-management, improve their skills and knowledge, increase professional competences). The importance of methods of stimulating the work of personnel lies in the study of the motivational process, understanding the essence of motivation, types of motivation, characteristics of its elements, principles of action, etc. Motivation should motivate to satisfy the wishes of employees as much as possible, to develop their creative abilities, which the company should use to satisfy its own interests. The use of various forms of personnel motivation at the enterprise provides a number of advantages in personnel management, namely: commitment of employees to work, management, team increases (moral desire to improve performance increases); the basic needs and desires of the staff are satisfied depending on their goals and preferences; the level of self-development, growth of professional skills, knowledge and competences increases. It is necessary to emphasize the significant role of stimulating factors influencing staff motivation. Stimulating work at the enterprise is considered effective only when it produces positive results and arouses interest among the staff.
