THE INFLUENCE OF THE LABOR MARKET ON THE COMPETITIVENESS OF A SOCIAL ENTERPRISE

Abstract

The article is dedicated to the important reasons for the competitiveness of social enterprise under the influence of the practice market. The main method of research was to study the theoretical and methodological aspects of promoting the competitiveness of social entrepreneurship through the study of fahivtsiv, which is on the market of practice, the theoretical recommendations on how to promote the competitiveness of social entrepreneurship. This trend has been followed up to the market of practice in Ukraine, as well as the possibility of hiring qualified personnel for undertaking with a method of promoting this competitiveness. In the Ukrainian market, the worker will drink on the job, significantly outweighing the proposition, the same basic problem of unemployment. This is a social problem, as it is possible to solve it through the creation of social enterprises, and to get those who are unemployed to complete the task of such an enterprise. The very same undertakings can help the state to overcome these social problems. It was pointed out that the competitiveness of social entrepreneurship is a sign that it is based on the competitive advantages of entrepreneurship. An important indicator of the effectiveness of business activity is the first level of competitiveness, and especially for social business. The analysis of the success of competitiveness both on the international and domestic markets will allow us to evaluate the effectiveness of business activities, reveal the officials who should be invested in this work and turn the right strategies for the development of competitiveness. Six basic principles for evaluating the level of competitiveness of an enterprise have been grounded: complexity, consistency, objectivity, dynamism, continuity, optimality. In the article, the strategy of managing the competitiveness of social entrepreneurship is also considered as a tool that helps to realize the value of entrepreneurship, so that the combination of methods and methods, as well as to help entrepreneurship take away competitive advantage in the market result. So, we have developed a strategy to improve the level of competitiveness, which will help social entrepreneurship improve the efficiency of our activity, enter new markets and take more profits.
