Abstract

Economic systems have different sectors that characterize them from different sides. In particular, various levels are distinguished: from the global to the nanolevel. The level of an individual economic person is the basis for defining the nano economy. There are several billion inhabitants in the world and it is necessary to consider the individual's importance for the formation of economic development. The nature of nanoeconomics involves selecting and interpreting certain connections, relations, and institutions. The connections of the nano economy are distinguished as follows: by forms of movement of matter; by forms of determinism; by the strength of ties; by the nature of the result; by direction of action; by type of nano processes; by its content. The relations of nanoeconomics are defined as follows: scientific-technical, organizational-economic, and socio-economic. All these components made it possible to substantiate the current progress of nanoeconomics and to define it as a system formation that includes subsystems, subjects, and levels. The study notes that these components of the nanoeconomics system differ in peacetime and during military operations. Ukraine is going through difficult military times with aggression from Russia, and it is necessary to take into account the specifics of nano-economic development in these conditions. The author introduces the concept of a nanoeconomics institutional system (NEIS) to explain the peculiarities of nanoeconomics institutions. This system is especially relevant during military operations and is responsible for a thorough approach to defining an individual as a military subject of the nano economy. Such methods as structural analysis and systematic approach, induction, and deduction, comparative, and observation were used in the research. The analysis of literary sources made it possible to identify various economic development issues: from the innovative component of development to the formation of organizational behavior in Ukraine's military aviation and space complex. They made it possible to justify the need to interpret the nanoeconomics sector of the economic system and draw appropriate conclusions.
