EUROPEAN VECTOROF MILITARY-TECHNICAL COOPERATION OF UKRAINE
Abstract
In the article, the author examines the main aspects of the military-technical cooperation of Ukraine with the member states of the European Union, which is implemented in the conditions of the intensification of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against our country. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of modern strategic documents of the European Union and Ukraine regarding the development of partnership in the field of security and defense, as well as economic aspects of military-technical cooperation of Ukraine with the member states of the European Union. The methodological basis of the research is the works of modern scientists, as well as analytical materials on the problems of military-technical cooperation of Ukraine with foreign countries. To solve the set goal, we used the following forms, methods and methods of research: as historical - for researching the processes of deepening partnership in the field of military-technical cooperation, abstract-logical method for theoretical generalization and formulation of research conclusions, etc. The author determined that at the current stage, in connection with the full-scale attack of the Russian Federation on Ukraine, the issue of military-technical cooperation with the leading countries of Europe has reached a more practical level. In addition, it is the strengthening of military-technical cooperation that contributes to the activation of the transition of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to NATO standards and the standardization policy of the European Union. In the work, the author identified such features of modern military-technical cooperation of Ukraine with the member states of the European Union, such as the minimization of bureaucratic document flow in the member states of the European Union during the urgent granting of permits for the supply of military goods to Ukraine, a significant reduction in the terms of delivery of military equipment and weapons , a wide range of supplies of military-technical goods and the construction of an effective and safe network of logistical support for supplies, etc. Among the practical results of the research, it is possible to note the author's conclusion that the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation on the territory of Ukraine caused new approaches and determined new, more effective directions in the construction of modern military-technical cooperation of Ukraine with the member states of the European Union.
