Abstract

The article is devoted to the search for an answer to the question - "does it make sense to study the socio-economic and political development of Ukraine with the help of a new institutional approach?". A typical example of the system's new institutional behavior (without specific values and the desire to save decision-making as much as possible) is the creation of the EU policy towards Ukraine by the initiators (Germany, France, the Netherlands, Belgium and Italy). To answer this question, let's make a brief anthropological excursion into the process of formation of Ukrainians as a political nation and place accents that explain why these difficulties of the (neo-institutional) approach are possible and how we can overcome them with the help of additional tools, such as media analysis. After the analysis of scientific works, it becomes clear that the definition of institutions as factors that determine the direction of political and economic development of Ukraine ensures stability, regularity and stability of the behavior of political and economic subjects, which largely affects their choice. And also analyzing the experience of companies engaged in media analysis, which involves maximum coverage of social and other media of national, local and foreign media. Where there is automated categorization, sentiment analysis at the aspect level, visual analysis, detection of the emotional component, etc. As key information based on the results of media analysis, they are presented in extended interactive reports, and they also deal with this issue in terms of finding approaches to automate the analysis of various meaningful entities and their classification. In total, we can consider that media analysis is an effective tool in the entire sociological direction of neo-institutionalism. It is he who can identify image risks and predict the probability of their occurrence, analyze market needs and trends, etc. With the help of this tool, we can predict the emergence and formation of social, state and commercial institutions and the impact of such content on the level of media space formation.
