INFORMATION SUPPORT OF PROSPECTIVE DEVELOPMENT OF AGRICULTURAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP
Abstract
The article is devoted to the investigation of issues related to determining the efficiency of production and economic activities of organizational and legal forms of management at the regional level and providing proposals for the formation of an effective system of their information support that will ensure sustainable development of agricultural enterprises. The methodological basis of the article is a systematic approach, monographic, statistical, abstract and logical methods, and methods of integrated indicators. On the basis of fourteen main indicators, an integrated rating assessment of each organizational and legal form of ownership of agricultural enterprises of the Chernihiv region was carried out. The next step was the rationing of all these indicators. The main task of normalization is to bring these indicators to one basis (immeasurable quantities) while maintaining the relationship between them. It has been established that the main problems of effective development of agricultural enterprises of the Chernihiv region are high taxes and interest rates on bank loans, low level of profitability, insufficient state support, depreciation of logistics, lack of funds for the implementation of innovation information systems and technologies, etc. It has been determined that one of the key problems of efficient operation of agricultural enterprises is their low level of information support. It has been offered the model of information support of agricultural business which will provide distribution and actualization of the data for all interested departments of the enterprise; creation of an analytical system for making management decisions; forming of the organizational structure of information support; increasing the reliability of information and ensuring its availability at all levels of government. This model will enable agricultural enterprises to obtain an integrated information support system, which is formed on the basis of modern information technologies and software and is focused on supporting business development and increasing its competitiveness.
