ROBOTIZATION OF THE GLOBAL ECONOMY AND ITS IMPACT ON THE ECONOMIC AND LEGAL DEVELOPMENT OF UKRAINE

Abstract

The article analyzes the economic and legal consequences of the introduction of industrial robots in the production sphere and the peculiarities of the development of labor relations taking into account these circumstances. The authors reveal the reasons for the strengthening of industrial robotization, while giving it a scientific, economic and legal assessment. In the work, attention is paid to the competition of workplaces and industrial robots and ways of possible career guidance of the released workers. The article emphasizes that the robotization of production will give rise to an extremely high level of competition between enterprises in both domestic and foreign markets, which in the future will definitely lead to a large number of bankruptcies in the field of small and medium-sized businesses. In this regard, the work considers the steps of the EU countries in the direction of taxation of industrial robots and substantiates the degree of such necessity. The article draws attention to the fact that the resource of intelligent robotic systems has features for the endless accumulation of technological information, which is not characteristic of humans. Human potential against the background of its natural reduction on the one hand and aging of the population on the other, especially in technologically developed countries with the addition of the duration of the educational process, creates serious problems for highly qualified workers in the economy with a large percentage of manual labor. It is an absolute fact that similar processes will affect the engineering and technical personnel who are currently employed in various fields of production, which will certainly lead to social tension both in each country and in the world as a whole, even in the short term. In this aspect, Ukraine is becoming an investment-attractive country with the presence of a highly qualified labor force, which in the future will certainly need to increase in price, which will positively affect the standard of living of the population. Ukraine has a modern level of road and railway infrastructure, which is an additional incentive for investment programs in the field of economy. Undoubtedly, these are only positive measures that our country should take advantage of in the post-war period, the period of reconstruction of our economy.
