CONCEPTUAL PRINCIPLES OF MANAGEMENT OF INVESTMENT ACTIVITY OF THE ENTERPRISE
Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the theoretical foundations of investment management of the enterprise. As in modern conditions there is an increase in competition in both domestic and international markets, it is investment that becomes an important condition for economic growth of the enterprise. The main approaches to determining the nature of investment and investment activities of the enterprise are analyzed. Through the use of investment companies gain the opportunity to gain leadership in the market. However, achieving this goal is possible only if a clear, perfect and adaptive investment development management system is formed. The classification of investments according to their main features is given: by subjects of investment, by objects of investment, by direction of investment, by degree of risk. It is determined that the main purpose of investment activity of the enterprise is to use the most effective directions of investment strategy implementation at certain stages of the life cycle and formation of perspective organizational structure and investment culture. The main stages of the analysis of investment activity are considered: setting goals and objectives of investment activities, development of a system of indicators, collection of input information and its analysis, assessment of the impact of factors on changes in investment activities, search for unused reserves to improve its efficiency, preparation of conclusions and recommendations. Аs well as internal and external sources of investment resources are identified. Domestic investment resources are the part of the company's capital that is in its own funds and can be used to finance investment activities. The most important of the company's internal investment resources is its profit, including its share remaining after payment of all taxes and other payments – net income External investment resources – is part of the company's capital, which it attracts from external sources to finance its own investment activities. Among the external sources of financing of investment support of the enterprise the most common are long-term bank loans, and among them – investment loans – debt relations between enterprises and banking institutions, on the principles of return, maturity, payment, security, intended use.
