ФОРМУВАННЯ СИСТЕМИ ПОКАЗНИКІВ СТРАТЕГІЧНОГО РОЗВИТКУ АГРАРНИХ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ В УМОВАХ ЦИФРОВИХ ТРАНСФОРМАЦІЙ
Анотація
Запропоновано авторську систему показників, яка об'єднує фінансову, ресурсну, виробничу, інноваційну, технологічно-цифрову, маркетингово-конкурентну, соціально-екологічну та управлінську складові. Особливістю запропонованого підходу є виокремлення технологічно-цифрової складової як самостійного елемента системи оцінювання та встановлення взаємозв'язку між групами показників і відповідними стратегічними результатами. Сформовано матрицю інформаційно-аналітичного забезпечення, яка передбачає використання даних державної статистичної, фінансової та управлінської звітності, а також сучасних цифрових джерел інформації. Запропонований підхід характеризується комплексністю та може бути використаний у процесі стратегічного аналізу, моніторингу діяльності аграрних підприємств і формування програм їх розвитку.
