ІНСТИТУЦІЙНІ ТРАНСФОРМАЦІЇ ЯК МЕХАНІЗМ ПЕРЕХОДУ УКРАЇНИ ДО ІННОВАЦІЙНОЇ МОДЕЛІ КРИПТОВАЛЮТНОГО РИНКУ
Анотація
У статті обґрунтовано концептуальну модель переходу України від компенсаторної до інноваційної моделі інтеграції криптовалютного ринку через механізм інституційного вирівнювання. Діагностовано фундаментальну асиметрію між високим рівнем ринкового прийняття криптовалют, що відповідає показникам інноваційних юрисдикцій, та частково сформованою інституційною інфраструктурою національного ринку. На основі порівняльного аналізу траєкторій компаній WhiteBIT та Kuna виявлено явище юрисдикційного арбітражу як наслідку інституційної невизначеності. Запропоновано двоетапну стратегію переходу з тактичною ціллю формування регіонального хабу віртуальних активів у східноєвропейському просторі ЄС та стратегічною перспективою розгортання гібридної моделі цифрових грошей. Реалізацію структуровано у три послідовні фази із часовим горизонтом десять – п'ятнадцять років.
