ЦИФРОВА СТІЙКІСТЬ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ ІНДУСТРІЇ ГОСТИННОСТІ В УМОВАХ ВОЄННИХ ЗАГРОЗ: УКРАЇНСЬКІ РЕАЛІЇ ТА МІЖНАРОДНІ ПАРАЛЕЛІ
Анотація
У статті досліджено цифрову стійкість підприємств гостинності в умовах війни. Обґрунтовано, що цифровізація стає чинником виживання бізнесу. Розглянуто динаміку цифрової трансформації в Україні (2019–2025). На прикладі готелю «Харків» проведено оцінювання стійкості за п’ятьма компонентами (PMS, комунікації, хмара, кібербезпека, резервування). Інтегральний показник засвідчив перехід від критично низького до середнього рівня стійкості завдяки резервуванню ресурсів та комунікаціям. Кібербезпека залишається найслабшою ланкою. Здійснено порівняльний аналіз досвіду закордонних країн, виокремлено три групи: опосередкований вплив (Греція, Туреччина) – криза стимулює цифровізацію; прямий воєнний (Ізраїль, Україна) – державна підтримка; постконфліктне відновлення (Хорватія, Боснія, Грузія) – міжнародна допомога. Готель «Харків» – приклад моделі «імпровізація плюс міжнародна допомога». Для України найбільш релевантною є ізраїльська модель.
