ФІНАНСОВЕ ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ ЯКІСНОЇ ОСВІТИ ТА ЕКОНОМІЧНЕ ЗРОСТАННЯ ЯК ОСНОВА СТАЛОГО РОЗВИТКУ КРАЇН ЄС
Анотація
У науковій статті розглядається роль якісної фінансової підтримки освіти як ключової рушійної сили економічного зростання та сталого розвитку в країнах Європейського Союзу. Аналіз зосереджений на взаємозв'язку між рівнем фінансування освітнього сектору, процесом накопичення людського капіталу та еволюцією ключових макроекономічних показників, включаючи зайнятість та реальний ВВП. Інвестиції в освіту створюють потужний потенціал для довгострокової економічної стійкості. Вони значно зменшують тяжкість рецесій та прискорюють економічне відновлення після криз. Якісна освіта відіграє системну роль у досягненні кліматичних, цифрових та соціальних цілей Європейського Союзу. Вона формує фундаментальну основу для інноваційного розвитку та поступового переходу до економіки знань. Окремо аналізуються розбіжності між країнами ЄС у охопленні вищою освітою, ефективності використання бюджетних ресурсів та загальній ефективності освітньої політики.
