НОВИЙ СВІТОВИЙ ЕКОНОМІЧНИЙ ПОРЯДОК: ШТУЧНИЙ ІНТЕЛЕКТ ПРОТИ ГЕОЕКОНОМІЧНОЇ ФРАГМЕНТАЦІЇ
Анотація
Стаття досліджує фундаментальне протистояння між процесами геоекономічної фрагментації та експансією штучного інтелекту (ШІ). Обґрунтовано, що політично вмотивований розрив торговельних зв’язків, який загрожує втратою до 5% глобального ВВП, вступає у конфлікт із технологічною логікою ШІ. Останній виступає потужним драйвером інтеграції, здатним забезпечити приріст світової торгівлі на 34-37% до 2040 року через радикальне зниження трансакційних витрат у цифровому середовищі. Проаналізовано технологічне суперництво США та Китаю, що формує “цифрові фортеці” та прискорює дедоларизацію фінансів через впровадження CBDC. Окрему увагу приділено стратегії України, яка в умовах війни має шанс на “цифровий стрибок” через розвиток MilTech та інтеграцію у західні інноваційні екосистеми. Доведено, що новий світовий економічний порядок належатиме суб’єктам, які побудують найбільш адаптивні інтелектуальні системи управління в умовах фрагментованого світу.
