ВПРОВАДЖЕННЯ ESG-ПІДХОДІВ У ДІЯЛЬНІСТЬ ТРАНСПОРТНИХ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ УКРАЇНИ ЯК ІНСТРУМЕНТ ПІСЛЯВОЄННОГО ВІДНОВЛЕННЯ ТА ПІДВИЩЕННЯ ЇХ ЕКОНОМІЧНОЇ СТІЙКОСТІ
Анотація
У статті досліджено роль ESG-підходів у забезпеченні економічної стійкості транспортних підприємств України в умовах післявоєнного відновлення. Актуальність теми зумовлена руйнуванням транспортної інфраструктури та потребою у впровадженні сучасних моделей управління, орієнтованих на принципи сталого розвитку. Метою дослідження є обґрунтування значення ESG-підходів у підвищенні ефективності діяльності транспортних підприємств. У роботі використано методи теоретичного узагальнення, порівняльного аналізу та нечіткого ієрархічного аналізу (Fuzzy-AHP). Результати дослідження показали, що ESG-орієнтований підхід підвищує адаптивність підприємств до кризових умов і сприяє інноваційному розвитку галузі. Практична цінність полягає у можливості застосування запропонованих підходів для підвищення конкурентоспроможності транспортних підприємств.
