РОЗВИТОК ІНТЕЛЕКТУАЛЬНИХ СИСТЕМ ТА ВПРОВАДЖЕННЯ SMART-РІШЕНЬ У МІСТАХ УКРАЇНИ
Анотація
У статті розглядаються сучасні тенденції розвитку інтелектуальних систем та впровадження SMART-рішень у міському середовищі України. Аналізуються технологічні основи інтелектуальних систем, зокрема використання Інтернету речей, штучного інтелекту, великого обсягу даних та цифрових платформ, які забезпечують автоматизацію і оптимізацію процесів управління міською інфраструктурою. Результати дослідження свідчать про значний потенціал для створення інноваційних, технологічно розвинених та ефективних у адмініструванні міських просторів в Україні. Покращення взаємодії між владою, бізнесом і громадськістю сприятиме формуванню комфортних і безпечних умов проживання, підвищенню якості життя мешканців та сталому розвитку українських міст у контексті глобальної тенденції розумних міст. Стаття буде корисною для науковців, практиків, міських менеджерів та усіх зацікавлених у впровадженні цифрових технологій у сфері міського управління.
