МІЖКУЛЬТУРНЕ УПРАВЛІННЯ В МІЖНАРОДНИХ ЛОГІСТИЧНИХ КОМПАНІЯХ: ВИКЛИКИ ТА ПЕРЕДУМОВИ РОЗВИТКУ
Анотація
У статті досліджено роль міжкультурного управління в міжнародних логістичних компаніях в умовах глобалізації, цифровізації та зростання мультикультурності бізнес-середовища. Обґрунтовано, що культурні відмінності суттєво впливають на ефективність координації дій, процеси прийняття управлінських рішень і стабільність функціонування ланцюгів постачання. Визначено ключові виклики міжкультурної взаємодії, зокрема комунікативні бар’єри, мовну асиметрію, відмінності в управлінських стилях та неузгодженість очікувань учасників. Доведено, що культурний інтелект розглядається як стратегічний ресурс, який сприяє підвищенню ефективності взаємодії, зниженню координаційних ризиків і забезпеченню стійкості логістичних систем. Акцентовано увагу на необхідності інтеграції культурного чинника в управлінські та цифрові процеси.
