СТРУКТУРНІ ЗМІНИ ІНФРАСТРУКТУРИ НАЦІОНАЛЬНОЇ ЕКОНОМІКИ УКРАЇНИ У ВОЄННИЙ ЧАС
Анотація
У статті досліджено структурні зміни інфраструктури національної економіки України в умовах повномасштабної війни. Актуальність теми зумовлена масштабними руйнуваннями інфраструктурних об’єктів і необхідністю адаптації економічних систем до постійних безпекових загроз. У дослідженні використано методи теоретичного узагальнення, системного аналізу та логічного моделювання. У результаті визначено напрями трансформації української інфраструктури, а також доведено зростання ролі цифрової інфраструктури як системоутворювального елементу стійкості економіки. Практична цінність статті полягає у можливості використання отриманих результатів при формуванні державної політики інфраструктурного відновлення, цифрової трансформації регіонів та підвищення адаптивності економіки в умовах воєнних ризиків.
