DIRECTIONS FOR IMPROVING ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT IN THE CONTEXT OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION
Abstract
The article explores the modernization of administrative management under conditions of organizational digital transformation. The urgency of the study stems from the increasing complexity of managerial processes, intensified information flows, the demand for prompt and well-reasoned decisions, and the impact of crisis-driven instability. These factors necessitate the revision of traditional administrative practices to enhance efficiency, transparency, and adaptability. The study aims to justify strategic directions for advancing administrative management through the adoption of digital technologies, automation instruments, and innovative governance solutions. The methodological framework relies on general scientific approaches, including analysis, synthesis, comparison, and systematization, enabling the conceptual integration of contemporary perspectives on administrative modernization within a digital environment. The findings demonstrate that digital transformation reorients administrative management from a rule-based model toward a process-centered and data-informed system. Priority areas of improvement include the digitalization of document flows, automation of internal operations, application of process management principles, and incorporation of analytics and performance metrics into administrative control mechanisms. The proposed framework integrates digital platforms, analytical tools, and structured administrative procedures into a coherent management system. Empirical conclusions confirm that digital solutions improve operational performance, minimize procedural delays, increase transparency, enhance interdepartmental coordination, and strengthen accountability through continuous monitoring. The practical significance of the research lies in presenting a holistic model applicable to organizations aiming to upgrade administrative structures and respond effectively to digital challenges. The outlined directions contribute to managerial efficiency, process optimization, and sustainable organizational development in a rapidly evolving environment.
