МЕТОДИ ОПТИМІЗАЦІЇ ЛАНЦЮГА СТВОРЕННЯ ВАРТОСТІ НА ПІДПРИЄМСТВІ В УМОВАХ ГЛОБАЛЬНИХ ТРАНСФОРМАЦІЙ СВІТОВОГО ГОСПОДАРСТВА
Анотація
Стаття присвячена визначенню впливу глобальних трансформацій світового господарства на бізнес-процеси підприємств; обґрунтування факторів, які впливають на формування ланцюга створення вартості; і розроблення рішень щодо підвищення конкурентоспроможності й стійкого розвитку підприємств. Запропоновано структурно-логічну схему, що відображає вплив глобальних трансформацій світового господарства на оптимізацію ланцюга створення вартості і ґрунтується на узгодженій взаємодії таких елементів, як операційна ефективність, управління витратами, аутсорсинг і логістика. Сформовано напрями практичних рішень з оптимізації ланцюга створення вартості, реалізація яких створює умови для підвищення адаптивності підприємства, забезпечення безперервності бізнес-процесів і формування довгострокової доданої вартості в умовах глобальної економічної нестабільності.
