СТРАТЕГІЇ ІННОВАЦІЙНОГО РОЗВИТКУ МІЖНАРОДНИХ КОМПАНІЙ З ЦИФРОВИХ РІШЕНЬ У СУЧАСНИХ УМОВАХ
Анотація
У статті проаналізовано особливості стратегій інноваційного розвитку провідних міжнародних технологічних компаній, які за новою таксономією UNCTAD віднесені до категорії постачальників цифрових рішень. Обґрунтовано роль цифрових рішень як ключового елемента сучасної цифрової економіки та інструменту реалізації процесів цифрової трансформації у різних галузях. На основі порівняльного аналізу показано, що статус ключового гравця цифрової економіки формується відповідно до функціональної ролі компанії у цифрових ланцюгах створення вартості, а не виключно за рівнем її інноваційної активності. Виявлено, що поряд з інноваційними лідерами у цій категорії представлені компанії, діяльність яких зосереджена на масштабуванні та інтеграції цифрових рішень. Окреслено тенденцію розширення інноваційно-інвестиційної діяльності технологічних компаній за межі цифрової економіки та акцентовано увагу на необхідності застосування принципів відповідальних інновацій у сучасних стратегіях інноваційного розвитку.
