КОРПОРАТИВНА КУЛЬТУРА ЯК ІНСТРУМЕНТ ПІДВИЩЕННЯ ЕКОНОМІЧНИХ ПОКАЗНИКІВ ТРАНСПОРТНО-ЛОГІСТИЧНИХ КОМПАНІЙ
Анотація
У статті досліджено вплив корпоративної культури на фінансово-економічні показники транспортно-логістичних підприємств. Встановлено, що сильна корпоративна культура спряє підвищенню продуктивності праці, зниженню плинності кадрів, зростанню прибутковості та ефективності операційних процесів. На основі даних міжнародних досліджень, звітів консалтингових компаній та статистичних показників залученості персоналу (eNPS, рівень розуміння обов’язків, оцінка професійного росту) встановлено, що організації із високим рівнем культури демонструють вищу фінансову ефективність та конкурентноспроможність на ринку праці. Обгрунтовано, що управління корпоративною культурою має бути системним, орієнтованим на розвиток персоналу та адаптацію до ринкових викликів, що забезпечує довгостроковий успіх та стабільність.
