СТВОРЕННЯ ЕКОСИСТЕМИ ІНДУСТРІЇ БЕЗПІЛОТНИХ ЛІТАЛЬНИХ АПАРАТІВ (БпЛА) В УКРАЇНІ: МАСШТАБУВАННЯ ТА ВИКЛИКИ КООРДИНАЦІЇ
Анотація
У статті проаналізовано динаміку та чинники швидкого зростання української індустрії безпілотних літальних апаратів у 2022–2025 рр. Мета роботи полягає у визначенні управлінських та інституційних передумов масштабування виробництва й формування екосистеми оборонних технологій в умовах війни. Методика ґрунтується на контент-аналізі відкритих аналітичних матеріалів і порівняльному узагальненні прикладів взаємодії держави, бізнесу та волонтерських ініціатив. Показано, що екосистемні платформи координації та короткі цикли «фідбек–модернізація» підвищують результативність застосування БпЛА, але загострюють проблеми стандартизації, безпеки виробництва, локалізації компонентів і фінансування R&D. Практична цінність – у рекомендаціях щодо цифровізації ланцюга «попит–контракт–постачання», розвитку випробувальної інфраструктури, захисту інтелектуальної власності та підготовки кадрів.
