МОДЕЛІ ТА ІНСТРУМЕНТИ ІННОВАЦІЙНОГО РОЗВИТКУ БІЗНЕСУ В УМОВАХ ЦИФРОВОЇ ЕКОНОМІКИ
Анотація
Стаття присвячена узагальненню моделей інноваційного розвитку та систематизації інноваційних інструментів бізнесу в цифровій економіці. Стверджується, що зростаюча роль даних, мережевий ефект та цифрові екосистеми змінюють джерела конкурентних переваг та підвищують вимоги до інновацій. Уточнюється практичний зміст моделей інноваційного процесу у цифровому середовищі. Запропоновано класифікацію інструментів за трьома рівнями. Сформовано узагальнену концепцію, що характеризує процес управління та інтеграції інновацій в умовах невизначеності та описано напрями її застосування в умовах обмеженості ресурсів. Для ефективного управління інноваціями запропоновано підходи до оцінки результативності інновацій на стратегічному рівні та критерії відповідності інновацій цифровому контексту. Додатково сформовано засади застосування запропонованої класифікації для масштабування інновацій у бізнесі із урахування внутрішніх та зовнішніх можливостей.
