ЄВРОПЕЙСЬКІ ІНІЦІАТИВИ У СФЕРІ СОЦІАЛЬНОЇ ЕКОНОМІКИ: АНАЛІЗ ІНСТРУМЕНТІВ, ПОЛІТИК ТА МОЖЛИВОСТЕЙ ДЛЯ ЗМІЦНЕННЯ ІНКЛЮЗИВНОГО РОЗВИТКУ УКРАЇНИ
Анотація
Стаття присвячена аналізу європейських ініціатив у сфері соціальної економіки та їх значенню для зміцнення інклюзивного розвитку України в умовах післявоєнної відбудови. Узагальнено теоретичні засади соціальної економіки, розкрито її роль у формуванні зайнятості вразливих груп, розвитку людського капіталу та стійкості територіальних громад. Проаналізовано ключові політики та інструменти Європейського Союзу у сфері соціальної економіки, зокрема План дій із розвитку соціальної економіки, Європейський стовп соціальних прав, програми підтримки соціального підприємництва, мікрофінансування та соціальних інвестицій. Окреслено можливості адаптації провідних європейських практик в Україні, визначено основні бар’єри їх імплементації й запропоновано напрями вдосконалення нормативного, інституційного та фінансового забезпечення інклюзивного розвитку.
