ВИКОРИСТАННЯ ШІ В HR-МЕНЕДЖМЕНТІ: АВТОМАТИЗАЦІЯ, ТОЧНІСТЬ І РИЗИКИ ВТРАТИ ІДЕНТИЧНОСТІ ОРГАНІЗАЦІЇ ТА МОТИВАЦІЇ ПЕРСОНАЛУ
Анотація
У статті досліджено вплив штучного інтелекту (ШІ) на процеси HR-менеджменту та рекрутингу в умовах цифрової трансформації організацій. Проаналізовано статистичні дані 2024–2025 років щодо ефективності використання ШІ в автоматизації найму, покращенні точності відбору, оптимізації витрат та зниженні упередженості. Визначено ключові ризики надмірної автоматизації, зокрема зниження мотивації працівників, втрату емоційної взаємодії, відчуття автономії та ідентичності. Розкрито роль людського фактора у процесах прийняття управлінських рішень, оцінці культурної відповідності та комунікації з кандидатами. Сформульовано рекомендації щодо поєднання технологій ШІ з людським управлінням для підвищення ефективності HR-процесів без втрати залученості персоналу та корпоративної культури.
