СУТНІСТЬ ПОНЯТТЯ «ІНВЕСТИЦІЙНЕ СЕРЕДОВИЩЕ МІСЬКИХ АГЛОМЕРАЦІЙ У КОНТЕКСТІ ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ СТАЛОГО РОЗВИТКУ НАЦІОНАЛЬНОЇ ЕКОНОМІКИ»
Анотація
У статті здійснено ґрунтовне теоретичне узагальнення та системний аналіз сутності поняття «інвестиційне середовище міських агломерацій» у контексті забезпечення сталого розвитку національної економіки. Показано, що процеси урбанізації, концентрації капіталу, децентралізації управління та просторової трансформації економічних систем зумовлюють формування нової парадигми інвестиційної політики, орієнтованої на поєднання економічної ефективності, екологічної безпеки та соціальної інклюзивності. Доведено, що міські агломерації виступають не лише як просторові форми розселення, а як ключові вузли зростання, у межах яких зосереджуються інвестиційні потоки, інноваційна активність, людський капітал і високотехнологічні сектори. Удосконалено концептуальний підхід до аналізу інвестиційного середовища міських агломерацій з урахуванням принципів сталого розвитку, мережевої взаємодії та ESG-факторів.
