МОДЕЛІ ІНТЕГРАЦІЇ ЛАНЦЮГІВ ПОСТАЧАННЯ В АРХІТЕКТОНІКУ ГЛОБАЛЬНИХ ЛАНЦЮГІВ ВАРТОСТІ
Анотація
У статті здійснено дослідження процесів інтеграції ланцюгів постачання в архітектоніку глобальних ланцюгів вартості. Визначено, що інтеграція є ключовим механізмом забезпечення узгодженості технологічних, просторових та інституційних рівнів глобальної економіки. Проведено систематизацію сучасних моделей інтеграції ланцюгів постачання, зокрема внутрішньої (internal), зовнішньої (external), вертикальної, горизонтальної, цифрової, екологічної та зворотної, які у своїй сукупності формують наскрізну модель (end-to-end integration). На основі порівняльного аналізу світового досвіду визначено, що зазначені моделі застосовуються насамперед у ланцюгах постачання енергетичних товарів, де відбувається перехід від централізованих систем до мережевих конфігурацій, що охоплюють як традиційні, так і відновлювані джерела енергії, цифрові платформи та циркулярні потоки. Особливу увагу приділено кейсу компанії Shell, яка реалізує багаторівневу інтеграцію. Доведено, що такий підхід формує відповідальну архітектоніку глобальної вартості, де поєднуються ефективність, стійкість і інноваційність.
