ІНФОРМАЦІЙНЕ ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ КОМУНІКАЦІЇ УНІВЕРСИТЕТІВ З ЦІЛЬОВОЮ АУДИТОРІЄЮ У КОНТЕКСТІ РОЗВИТКУ МІКРОКРЕДИТІВ
Анотація
У статті досліджується роль мікрокредитів як інструменту підвищення конкурентоспроможності університетів та формування сучасних освітніх стратегій. Обґрунтовано значення інформаційного забезпечення комунікації університетів із цільовими аудиторіями в умовах цифрової трансформації та глобального поширення мікрокредитів. Проаналізовано підходи зарубіжних та вітчизняних дослідників до визначення цінності мікрокредитів, їхньої інтеграції у національні та європейські кваліфікаційні рамки. Виокремлено основні очікування стейкхолдерів: здобувачів, роботодавців, університетів і держави. Визначено ключові виклики впровадження, зокрема забезпечення якості, цифрової інфраструктури та прозорості визнання. Сформульовано рекомендації щодо вдосконалення комунікаційної політики університетів із урахуванням потреб різних груп, що сприятиме посиленню їхньої ролі у глобальному освітньому просторі.
