ОЦІНКА РЕКРЕАЦІЙНОГО ПОТЕНЦІАЛУ ПРИРОДНО-ЗАПОВІДНОГО ФОНДУ УКРАЇНИ
Анотація
У статті розглядається проблема оцінки ресурсного потенціалу природно-заповідного фонду України в умовах воєнних втрат та завдань післявоєнного відновлення. Проаналізовано сучасний стан наукових досліджень у сфері оцінки природних ресурсів та екосистемних послуг. Здійснено оцінку рекреаційного потенціалу національних природних парків України, включаючи аналіз їх просторових, інфраструктурних та функціональних характеристик. Показано, що попри високий рівень біорізноманіття та міжнародний статус багатьох парків, їх діяльність обмежується низьким рівнем фінансування, слабкою інфраструктурою та відсутністю системного моніторингу. Запропоновано зосередити увагу на рекреаційній складовій як найбільш перспективній для підвищення доданої вартості та інтеграції ПЗФ у соціально-економічний розвиток країни.
