МОДЕЛІ УПРАВЛІННЯ ВІДДАЛЕНИМИ IT-КОМАНДАМИ: СИСТЕМАТИЧНИЙ ОГЛЯД ТА КОНЦЕПТУАЛЬНА МОДЕЛЬ
Анотація
У статті досліджуються сучасні підходи до управління віддаленими командами в інформаційно-технологічному секторі в умовах зростаючої цифровізації організаційного середовища. Метою роботи є теоретичне узагальнення та концептуалізація моделей управління віртуальними командами з урахуванням контексту застосування, рівня формалізації, цифрової інтеграції та організаційної гнучкості. Методологічною основою дослідження є систематизований наративний огляд літератури та порівняльний аналіз управлінських моделей. У результаті типологізовано п’ять основних підходів: agile-орієнтовані, гібридні, практико-орієнтовані, моделі зрілості та контекстуальні. Побудовано концептуальну модель, яка демонструє взаємозв’язки між контекстом команди, управлінським підходом та результативністю. До ключових чинників ефективності віднесено прозорість комунікації, рівень автономії, здатність до адаптації та досягнення проєктних цілей у гібридному або дистанційному форматі. Модель має практичне значення для керівників ІТ-проєктів, HR-фахівців і може бути використана як інструмент діагностики управлінських практик або основа для подальших досліджень.
