ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ ЯКОСТІ ЛЮДСЬКОГО КАПІТАЛУ В УМОВАХ ВПРОВАДЖЕННЯ ТЕХНОЛОГІЙ ШТУЧНОГО ІНТЕЛЕКТУ ТА АВТОМАТИЗАЦІЇ
Анотація
У статті розглядаються сучасні виклики для забезпечення якості людського капіталу в умовах стрімкої цифрової трансформації економіки, що обумовлена активним впровадженням технологій штучного інтелекту та автоматизації виробничих і управлінських процесів. Визначено основні загрози та можливості, які виникають для працівників різних галузей, роботодавців і системи освіти в нових економічних реаліях. Проведено критичний аналіз наявних підходів до оцінки якості людського капіталу та обґрунтовано їхню релевантність в умовах динамічних технологічних змін. Запропоновано авторську інституціональну модель адаптації компонентів людського капіталу до вимог цифрової економіки, орієнтованої на застосування штучного інтелекту, що сприятиме підвищенню конкурентоспроможності працівників і стійкості економічних систем.
