ЦИРКУЛЯРНА ЕКОНОМІКА ЯК ОСНОВА СТАЛОГО РОЗВИТКУ МОРСЬКОЇ ГАЛУЗІ
Анотація
Стаття присвячена дослідженню особливостей впровадження принципів циркулярної економіки в морську галузь, що враховує ініціативу ІМО досягти нульового рівня викидів парникових газів у міжнародних морських перевезеннях до 2050 року. Розглянуто ключові аспекти переходу від лінійної моделі використання ресурсів до замкнених циклів, що передбачають мінімізацію відходів, повторне використання матеріалів і застосування екологічно ефективних технологій. Особливу увагу приділено ролі морських портів і судноплавства у впровадженні циркулярних підходів. Визначено основні рівні впровадження циркулярної економіки та охарактеризовано їхній вплив на сталий розвиток морського сектору. Запропоновано перспективні напрями розвитку циркулярних механізмів у морській галузі, що сприятимуть підвищенню ресурсоефективності, зниженню екологічного навантаження та оптимізації логістичних процесів.
