ШТУЧНИЙ ІНТЕЛЕКТ НА РИНКУ СТРАХОВИХ ПОСЛУГ
Анотація
Статтю присвячено актуальним питанням застосування штучного інтелекту при наданні страхових послуг. Проаналізовано стан використання штучного інтелекту на глобальному страховому ринку. Виявлено сегменти штучного інтелекту на страховому ринку. Охарактеризовано наслідки впровадження технологій штучного інтелекту при здійсненні андерайтингу, оцінці ризиків, маркетингової діяльності, обробці претензій оферентами страхових послуг. Проаналізовано проблеми застосування штучного інтелекту на страховому ринку. Виявлено переваги використання штучного інтелекту у сфері страхування. Окреслено тенденції розвитку використання штучного інтелекту на ринку страхових послуг стосовно активізації використання пристроїв інтернету речей, генеративного штучного інтелекту, інтеграції розмовного штучного інтелекту у чат-боти, посилення інтеграції страховиків в екосистеми для поліпшення задоволення потреб споживачів.
