ТЕМНА ТРІАДА В УПРАВЛІННІ БІЗНЕС-ОРГАНІЗАЦІЯМИ В СТРАТЕГІЧНОМУ ТА ТАКТИЧНОМУ ВИМІРІ: ВИКЛИК ЧИ ЗАСІБ ПРОТИДІЇ КОРПОРАТИВНОМУ ШАХРАЙСТВУ
Анотація
Стаття присвячена дослідженню аспектів злочинності «білих комірців» (White Collar Crime (WCC)), яка коштує компаніям по всьому світу мільярди доларів збитків і має значні наслідки як для самих компаній, так і для їх працівників, клієнтів та держав. Встановлено, що в сучасній науці досліджень Темної тріади та зв’язку цих рис особистості зі схильністю до вчинення корпоративного шахрайства є недостатньо. Встановлено доцільність перегляду та доповнення класичних перевірок потенційних кандидатів та їх психологічних портретів, що мають ті чи інші прояви рис Темної тріади рекрутинговими та кадровими службами вітчизняних компаній, хедхантинговими агенціями та іншими зацікавленими особами. З’ясовано, що субкомпоненти Темної тріади не мають однакової предективної сили та не можуть однозначно свідчити про те, що кандидат на посаду – потенційний шахрай. Встановлено, що вивчення того, які риси особистості можуть передбачити потенційну схильність до WCC та отримання вкрай необхідної емпіричної основи для розробки ефективних стратегій профілактики виступає додатковим фактором запобігання корпоративному шахрайству.
