ТЕОРЕТИЧНІ ЗАСАДИ ЦИФРОВИХ ТРАНСФОРМАЦІЙ В КОМПАНІЯХ
Анотація
Стаття присвячена систематизації та поглибленню теоретичних засад та практичних аспектів управління цифровими трансформаціями в компаніях. Визначено три основні етапи впровадження цифрових технологій в них: оцифрування; цифровізація; цифрова трансформація. Досліджено погляди науковців на зміст поняття «цифрова трансформація». Доведено, що найважливішим етапом цифрової трансформації на підприємстві є цифровізація, проаналізовано підходи до її характеристики та оцінки. Визначено, що рушійною силою та запорукою успіху ініціатив щодо цифрової трансформації в організації є її цифрова зрілість. Досліджено підходи до тлумачення терміну «цифрова зрілість», проаналізовано підходи до її оцінки. Виділено та розглянуто основні інструменти вимірювання ступеня цифрової трансформації підприємства.
