УПРАВЛІННЯ ЛОГІСТИЧНИМИ ОПЕРАЦІЯМИ ЗОВНІШНЬОЕКОНОМІЧНОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ ПІДПРИЄМСТВА
Анотація
Стаття присвячена актуальним питанням упрaвління логістичними операціями зовнішньоeкономічної діяльності підприємствa за сучасних динамічних умов господарювання. Проаналізовано основні поняття «міжнародна логістика» і «міжнародний ланцюг поставок». Доведено, що міжнародна логістика з одного боку є процесом організації та управління відповідними потоками, а з іншого − знаннями з управління системою товарно-операційно-інформаційно-фінансових потоків міжнародної компанії. Досліджено динаміку експортно-імпортних операцій України за останні п’ять років. Виокремлено основні проблеми, з якими стикаються як вітчизняні підприємства так і, які перешкоджають розвитку міжнародної логістики вцілому: міжнародні, економічні, фінансові, екологічні. Запропоновані основні напрями подолання міжнародних, економічних, фінансових і екологічних проблем.
