Abstract

In today's dynamic business environment, effective labor management is critical to profitable business operation and customer satisfaction. The right operational processes in the enterprise will provide for the management of the order cycle a significant increase in team productivity, coordination and cooperation, and optimization of resource planning. Logistics activity of any enterprise is an artery that helps the enterprise to function effectively. It adjusts the process of transportation, warehousing, ordering, organization, etc. Just the ordering process today is a fundamental cycle that simplifies the work of most personnel due to the introduction of automated systems at the enterprise, which themselves inform the warehouse about the type and quantity of goods that have ended on the shelves. That is, automated systems significantly reduce the probability of errors, increase work efficiency, ensure transparency of processes and facilitate control at all stages of the order. This allows staff to focus on more strategic tasks and improve the overall productivity of the enterprise. Effective management of the order cycle in the enterprise helps to reduce costs, increase productivity and ensure high quality customer service, which are motivated decisions for positive actions on the part of the consumer (customer) and fast execution on the part of employees. The integration of modern technologies and constant analysis of processes allows to achieve high results and competitive advantages with the help of the implementation of digital technologies, that is, to transform the enterprise for further sustainable development. Digital processes in the ordering of goods play a key role in the optimization and automation of business operations at the enterprise. The use of digital processes in ordering goods allows you to increase the efficiency, accuracy and speed of order fulfillment, improve interaction with customers (consumers) and optimize internal business processes in all structural units. All these operational processes are carried out for the effective management of the order cycle at the enterprise.
