MODERN CHALLENGES TO THE MANAGEMENT OF ENTERPRISES AND ORGANIZATIONS IN UKRAINE: ACCOUNTING FOREIGN EXPERIENCE IN DOMESTIC PRACTICE

Abstract

The article covers the issue of enterprise management organization and organization under martial law, taking into account international practice. The relevance of the chosen topic of the study is determined by the lack of studies on mechanisms for supporting the functioning of the enterprise in domestic practice. Therefore, in order to determine specific measures to stabilize the work of Ukrainian enterprises in the conditions of modern challenges, it is necessary to refer to the foreign experience of organizing the work of companies in difficult external conditions, which determines the formation of the goal of the study. The research was carried out on the basis of the use of methods of analysis, synthesis, scientific knowledge, statistical observations and graphic display. The scientific article established a trend regarding the volume of activity of domestic enterprises in the first months of the war. The principles of flexible management are considered as one of the tools for supporting enterprises in modern conditions. The essence of the coopetition strategy, as an integral element of flexible management, has been studied. The key tasks of the coopetition strategy are structured. The role of information products and software applications in the success of flexible management is determined. The necessity of using anti-crisis management in domestic practice is analyzed, its principles are given. The types of anti-crisis management are detailed: amateur anti-crisis management, crisis consulting, management under the guidance of an external anti-crisis manager. It was determined which of the above is the most acceptable for Ukraine. An example of the success of amateur anti-crisis management is presented on the example of the domestic company "Darnytsia", step-by-step measures that were taken before the start of the war in Ukraine and immediately after it are considered. The procedure for ensuring interaction between the company's employees, taking into account the security requirements in the first months of the war, was established. The need and directions for the implementation of human resources management, taking into account foreign trends, are determined. The directions of transformation of personnel management strategy adapted to modern challenges are detailed. The role of motivating employees in the current conditions is determined, as well as probable ways of improving the qualifications of employees, in particular coaching, e-learning, self-study. It has been established that the given practice of human resources management is relevant for the United States of America, Japan, Great Britain, France, and Germany. The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the possibility of using the proposed measures, taken into account from the international practice of the functioning of companies, to improve the activities of domestic enterprises.
