SOCIAL COMMUNICATIONS: FEATURES OF THEIR IMPLEMENTATION IN THE PERIOD OF WAR

Abstract

Social communication becomes an integral social-constitutive factor of existence and social development. It is considered as a universal multifunctional phenomenon that affects all spheres of society's functioning and contributes to the formation of stable interpersonal and intersubjective relations between people. This article analyzes the concept of social communication, the processes of its functioning in the system of social relations, as well as the basis of its formation – material and spiritual factors. The role of social communication in the creation of a consolidated society, its harmonious sustainable development, as well as the features and mechanisms of their introduction during the war are shown. The conducted studies established that communication plays an important role in product development, customer relations, personnel management – practically all aspects of the company's activity. People are the key subjects of communication because they often serve as the conductors of human communication. If employees are fully informed, trained, motivated and have at their disposal a wide range of communication tools that can be used in wartime communication, then this will best affect the activities of the enterprise and society as a whole. Effective verbal and non-verbal communication skills have been proven incredibly valuable in the workplace. Some businesses spend a lot of money to train their employees to communicate effectively. Excellent communication skills go beyond conversations, and employees need to know how to communicate through written reports and messages. Understanding all the potential benefits of effective collaboration helps the company focus on developing a team of employees who are able to communicate within the company, with customers, suppliers and international business partners. Business is becoming more global every year, companies are getting bigger and the need for effective communication systems is constantly increasing to meet the growing global demand for goods and services. Business leaders and employees must know how to effectively communicate with partners from international companies.
