МЕТОДОЛОГІЯ ОЦІНЮВАННЯ ЕКОНОМІЧНОЇ ІНТЕГРАЦІЇ РЕГІОНІВ У ПОЛІТИЦІ ЗГУРТОВАНОСТІ ЄС
Анотація
У статті розкрито методологію оцінювання економічної інтеграції регіонів, що застосовується в межах політики згуртованості ЄС. Охарактеризовано статистичну інфраструктуру вимірювання, а саме класифікацію NUTS, Європейську систему рахунків ESA 2010, методи регіоналізації ВВП та перерахунку у стандарти купівельної спроможності. Систематизовано базові економічні показники (ВВП і ВДВ на одну особу, продуктивність праці, валове нагромадження основного капіталу, витрати на дослідження і розробки, індикатори ринку праці) та розкрито алокаційну методологію розподілу фондів, композитний Індекс регіональної конкурентоспроможності і систему спільних індикаторів моніторингу. Показано механізм зведення оцінок у доповідях про згуртованість та обґрунтовано напрями застосування цієї методології щодо регіонів України.
