ВЕЛНЕС-ТУРИЗМ У СИСТЕМІ ПСИХОФІЗИЧНОГО ВІДНОВЛЕННЯ НАСЕЛЕННЯ В УМОВАХ ВОЄННИХ ВИКЛИКІВ
Анотація
В умовах тривалих воєнних викликів особливої актуальності набуває пошук доступних форм рекреаційної підтримки та відновлення, спрямованих на покращення фізичного, психоемоційного та соціального благополуччя населення. У статті обґрунтовано значення велнес-туризму як напряму рекреаційної діяльності, що поєднує природне середовище, SPA-послуги, помірну рухову активність, релаксаційні практики, здорове харчування, соціальну взаємодію та позитивний туристичний досвід. Акцентовано увагу на потребах військовослужбовців, ветеранів, членів їхніх родин, внутрішньо переміщених осіб, волонтерів, медичних працівників і цивільного населення. Визначено перспективи розвитку велнес-туризму в Україні як складової післявоєнного відновлення, внутрішнього туризму та формування безпечних рекреаційних дестинацій.
